I saw Haesun speak at the AICPA PFP (American Institute of Certified Public Accountants Personal Financial Planning) Summit and I flipping loved her!!! My mind was blown.
Haesun offers an insane amount of insight into how to have meaningful conversations with clients and customers. She offers ways to explore the meaning and discusses how coaching is about curating stories (not problem-solving or advising). She’s also a fan of matrixes, so you know I’m sold.
