Many of our clients use external CPAs or rely on an internal bookkeeper. CPAs are excellent at managing your tax liability and keeping you in compliance, while bookkeepers will enter data and provide your needed monthly financial statements. These are helpful and essential roles to run a business, but they’re not all-encompassing.

To be successful in our work, we need reliable data from your bookkeeper, and we often need to coordinate with your CPA, especially as profits continue to increase. If you don’t already work with a CPA or bookkeeper, you may also choose to take advantage of our add-on services.

MACKEY uses a fixed price agreement for our Prosper for Business services, meaning you pay a flat, monthly fee for the program. This fixed price covers all meetings, calls, emails, etc. (within scope) so that we can provide our highest level of service to you.
Pricing varies depending on the size of the business, industry, number of owners, number of team members we work with, and other variables. The monthly fee typically ranges from $900 to $6,000+. View our levels of service here.

In the first 90 days of our work together, we will build an actionable, achievable plan that outlines your return on investment with us. After the first 90 days, we focus on implementing the plan we built together so that you can see results as quickly as possible.
Just like a Spring-cleaning project, sometimes things get messy before they’re clean, organized, and in their place.
To be direct, you may not see active results in the first 90 days, but you’ll begin to feel the shift happening.

Some clients prefer to only have the owners involved in the process while others prefer to also involve their leadership team. This is completely your choice, however, we’re firm believers in the benefits of open book management.
