I can’t believe it has been 4 weeks since I started my happiness project!
My plan of eliminating things from my day to make way for things that support me in being healthier, less stressed and give me a better foundation to have happier days has stalled with the email project.
In the meantime, I make a commitment to do a minimum of 10 minutes a day of exercise. Be it weights, walking, gardening, abs or yoga. In the past, I have always tried to make larger, grander commitments to exercise. But this time I want to succeed. Small changes are easier to assimilate than big ones. Small changes build a foundation for big ones. So here we go. Today will be a walking day.
